Yoga is a core reason why I am who I am today. Entering the physical body through postures and being introduced to the subtler energy bodies of mind, emotions and spirit is a deeply healing path.

 I adore sharing each class and the gift of yoga with students. Every shared practice is a reflection of my own current journey through life. Colored with motherhood, family life, uncovering of the inherent joy of each moment, finding mental and emotional equanimity, the search for a solid, peaceful routine and balance amongst an ever changing, flowing life  I am inspired by teachings of hatha yoga, yin yoga, Vinyasa, meditation, Ayurveda & reiki healing.. amongst others. 


Weekly Classes offered at the Big White Barn

Integrative Yoga Flow:

Mondays 9:00am

This class is rooted in vinyasa yoga and integrates meditation, aromatherapy and energy healing to facilitate deeper mind & body connection and renewal. All-levels. Drop-ins welcome.

Peace & Release Restorative:

Fridays 5:00 pm

A deeply nourishing and relaxing, slow paced practice infusing posture, breathwork and aromatherapy. This synergy shifts the nervous system into a state of rest and gently peels layers of stress and tension from the body, emotions and mind. Restore & replenish your vitality. All levels. Drop-ins welcome.
